Zn coating

Zinc coating is thinner than the NiCuNi coating,the normal coating thickness is 6um.It is the environmental Cr3+ Zinc , so you don't need to worry about the pollution.Its anticorrosion ability is a little weaker. So it can be used in shortterm anticorrosion environment. Its advantage is beautiful in appearance because of its color ,its permeability is better than NiCuNi. The test always done for Zn coating is 24h salt spray test,the max working temperature is 160℃。
