NiCuNi Coating

The triple layer plating of (NiCuNi) is the standard coating. Unless requested otherwise, this NiCuNi coating is always applied to the magnets. However, the level of protection given by any coating depends on the environment the magnet will be subjected to and how the coating is looked after.The coating thickness of NiCuNi is above 12um,the test always done for it is 24h salt spray test and 72h PCT.Some client will also choose to use only Ni+Cu or only double Ni.
